Regarding our dialogue with investors and analysts

Major IR events for FY2025

We hold earnings briefing sessions for institutional investors and analysts every six months. We respond to requests for interviews and meetings at any given time. We also actively participate in conferences sponsored by brokerage firms so that we can expand our opportunities for direct communication with investors.
Through these efforts, we seek to obtain support from investors and analysts for our management strategies and business plans. We engage in constructive dialogue with investors and analysts and listen to their opinions and concerns in order to improve our business operations. In this way, we aim to achieve sustainable growth for the Group and enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term.

  • Strong office market conditions and rising rent levels, particularly in the Greater Shibuya Area

Opinions and concerns expressed by investors and analysts during our interactions are always conveyed to senior management. Periodic reports are made to the Company’s Board of Directors (twice in FY2025) and to the management meetings of major subsidiaries (twice in FY2025).
