Regarding our dialogue with investors and analysts
Major IR events for FY2024
We hold earnings briefing sessions for institutional investors and analysts every six months. We respond to requests for interviews and meetings at any given time. We also actively participate in conferences sponsored by brokerage firms so that we can expand our opportunities for direct communication with investors.
Through these efforts, we seek to obtain support from investors and analysts for our management strategies and business plans. We engage in constructive dialogue with investors and analysts and listen to their opinions and concerns in order to improve our business operations. In this way, we aim to achieve sustainable growth for the Group and enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term.

The following are the main themes of our dialogue with investors and analysts, and the main concerns they expressed, in FY2024:
- Image of growth strategy, growth areas, and growth pace for the next medium-term management plan
- Capital allocation policy, including shareholder returns
- In-house analysis of stock price levels
- Policy for dealing with rising construction costs and labor shortages among general contractors and its impact on business
- Impact of rising domestic interest rates on financial and business performance
- Office market conditions and rent trends remain strong, particularly in the Greater Shibuya Area
- Factors behind the high gross profit margin for condominiums in fiscal 2024 and outlook for the coming fiscal year
- Growth strategy for the renewable energy business
- Status of overseas business and policies/strategies for achieving profitability
- Trends in inbound demand at hotels and potential for further profit growth in the next fiscal year and beyond
- Factors contributing to the strong performance of the real estate agents business and the potential for continued growth
- ESG initiatives
Feedback from investors and analysts (such as opinions and concerns) to management, etc.
Opinions and concerns expressed by investors and analysts during our interactions are always conveyed to senior management. Periodic reports are made to the Company’s Board of Directors (twice in FY2024) and to the management meetings of major subsidiaries (twice in FY2024).
