Innovation Business(1) FY2017 and FY2018 Forecast

Lastly, the Innovation Business segment is explained.

In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, the segment recorded decreases in both revenues and profit.

As I touched on in the explanation of the Property Management segment, revenues and profit for the Innovation Business segment fell due to factors including the adverse effects of the partial transfer of the renovation business to Tokyu Re- design Corporation in the third quarter of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.

For forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019, we project increases in both segment revenues and profit as operating revenues from the overseas business is likely to expand in the fiscal year with the delivery launch for condominiums whose construction we are advancing in Indonesia.
