④  Major projects (Greater Shibuya area)

This is a map of our major projects in the “Greater SHIBUYA area,” which constitutes the key area of the Group.

New construction work began on the “Daikanyamacho Project” (tentative name), which is situated in a location with flagship potential in direct proximity to Daikanyama Station.
We are planning to use this property as rental housing as well as for an office a commercial facility complex. To ensure that the entire facility serves as a single living space without an overemphasis on any one of those individual uses, we will proceed to propose a new, unprecedented lifestyle consisting of a seamless fusion of living, working and playing.

We also have multiple projects underway for our future lineup as well.
