③ Major projects (Office/Commercial)

We will now explain our major projects, including those for offices and commercial facilities.

While we have no plans for the completion of large-scale projects during the current fiscal year, we have multiple development projects in progress both within and outside the greater Shibuya area. These include the “Kudanminami 1-chome Project” (tentative name) to be competed in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and the “Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan” to be competed in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.

For the “Kudanminami 1-chome Project” (tentative name), preservation and restoration work on the building for preservation (former Kudan Kaikan portion) is scheduled for completion in December 2021.
