Finally, we will take a brief look at the redevelopment project in the Shibuya Station Sakuragaoka-guchi District.
This redevelopment project encompasses an area that is approximately 1.7 hectares in size. In addition to office buildings and commercial facilities, residential buildings, medical care facilities with multilingual support, serviced apartment buildings, and childcare support facilities will also be constructed. It will create a complex offering all the main urban functions for working, living and enjoyment.
The urban plan for this project was decided in June 2014. The project is making progress as planned, with the aim of beginning operation in fiscal year 2020.
