(4)Major projects (II) Greater Shibuya Area

This slide shows commercial facilities and office properties associated with our Group in the Greater Shibuya area.
As mentioned earlier, the Shin Aoyama Tokyu Building began operation in February and Q Plaza Harajuku in March in the Omotesando and Harajuku district.
As stated in the medium- and long-term management plan, we will continue with development in Greater Shibuya towards fiscal year 2020 in an effort to secure the leading position in Greater Shibuya in the domain of office buildings and commercial facilities.
