Next, we will be looking at projects that will be started in the future.
One of these projects is tentatively named the Ginza 5-chome Project. It will be started at the end of the current fiscal year.
We have nearly secured tenants for all the spaces.
On one of the upper floors will be a Lotte Duty Free, which will be one of the largest airport-type duty-free stores in Tokyo. On the middle floors, there will be a Tokyu Department Store and a new type of store run by Tokyu Hands.
The project is making good progress towards the expected start of operation in March 2016.
The drawing on the right is for the Urban Regeneration Step Up Project in the Takeshiba District. It is a development project centering on offices at the location close to JR Hamamatsucho Station and Takeshiba Station on the Yurikamome Line. Designated as a national strategic special zone in March, the project is making steady progress towards the start of operation in fiscal 2019.
