3-9. Wellness

The Wellness segment aims to “Establish the industry’s top position in the field of wellness.”

In the favorable business environment with increasing inbound demand and an expanding senior market, the field of Wellness is to be established as the fifth pillar for revenues.
The Group’s advantages exist in its development and operation expertise in resort businesses, which we have handled as a pioneer in the industry, and multilayered business expansions including exclusive resort hotels, TOKYU Harvest Club, golf courses, urban style hotels, Tokyu Stay and the senior housing of Grancreer and Grandcare.

Going forward, in addition to the conventional Tokyu Stay, TOKYU Harvest Club and the senior citizen housing such as Grancreer, it will further expand the scale of businesses into new fields such as public hotels and also promote cyclical reinvestments in the Wellness segment.
