I would now like to explain our business strategy by segment.
First, the Urban Development segment.
The Urban Development segment aims to provide “Strong and unique urban development as a key player in the Group.”

In the intensifying competition among areas, our Urban Development segment promotes unique town creations in the greater Shibuya area and Takeshiba, taking advantage of our development and operation know-how while seeking to expand the areas of cyclical reinvestments, including asset types such as infrastructure to expand the associated assets.
