Property Management segment is aiming to become the “Overwhelming No. 1 in the comprehensive property management business.”
At present, Tokyu Community holds comprehensive condominium management stock of 520,000 units, ranking at the top level in the industry, and numerous other management assets including the management of condominium facilities centered on public housing and the management of offices, commercial facilities, stadiums and airports, and providing No.1 services on the largest scale in the field of comprehensive property management.

During the period of this Medium-Term Management Plan, we are aiming for the further expansion of associated assets and are obtaining further business opportunities based on its stock and through enhanced cooperation with Group companies such as the real-estate agency TOKYU LIVABLE, INC. and the renovation company Tokyu Homes Corporation, taking advantage of the Group’s extensive range of business fields.
