During the period of the Medium-Term Management Plan, the Urban Development segment plays an important role in steadily promoting the existing large redevelopment project in the greater Shibuya area and Takeshiba.
The Nampeidai Project and Dogenzaka 1-chome Project are scheduled to be launched in FY2019, and the Takeshiba Project is scheduled to be launched in FY2020.
We are steadily completing these projects to increase our ability to create stable cash flows and establish a more solid business base.
