Let’s move on to the Residential segment.
The Residential segment is aiming to “establish a unique presence in the areas by making the most of the Group’s comprehensive powers.”

It enhances the fields where differentiation from competitors and the creation of additional value can be achieved, such as Inner city, Redevelopment and Joint development, and also takes initiatives for the development of new asset types such as student residences.

Moreover, from this fiscal year, the Residential segment will commence the development and sale of rental residence properties for investors.
Taking advantage of its extensive development know-how in the residential businesses, it is going to increase the cyclical reinvestment in rental residence properties as well as changing the revenue structure of the Residential segment.
