(4) Major projects Greater Shibuya Area

This map plots the commercial facilities and offices in which the Company Group is involved in the Greater Shibuya Area.

The Shibuya Redevelopment Project is making steady progress, including the new construction that commenced in March under the development plan for Dogenzaka 1-chome Station Front District located in front of Shibuya Station and the demolition work underway in the Nampeidai Project at the former site of Tokyu Land Corporation headquarters. There is not only the redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, but we are also continuously developing real estate in the greater Shibuya area such as the construction that began as part of the redevelopment project of Jingumae 6-chome District located near Harajuku Station.
