(3) Major projects

Let me now introduce you to the properties we are developing.

As shown in the table, we had five new properties being developed during fiscal year 2015.
These include the office building Cross Place Hamamatsucho, Futako Tamagawa Rise (Phase II project) that was jointly developed with Tokyu Corporation, Morinomiya Q's Mall Base developed at the former site of Osaka Morinomiya Nissei Baseball Stadium, Market Square Kawasaki East, the leased commercial facilities owned by Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd. and developed and constructed by us at the former site of the Kawasaki Horse Race Track stands, and Tokyu Plaza Ginza, which commenced operation at the end of March 2016.

All of these facilities have commenced operation at a high operation rate as planned.
