New projects, Commercial facilities

Next, these are images of COCOE Amagasaki Ryokuyu Shin Toshin, which we acquired in February 2012, and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, which opened on April 18, 2012.

COCOE Amagasaki Ryokuyu Shin Toshin is a commercial facility located in front of Amagasaki Station in Hyogo. We are going to sell the limited proprietary right for its land to Activia REIT.

We are also planning to sell 75% equity in Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku to Activia REIT. By sharing with the REIT this flagship store of the Plaza brand, a core brand of our commercial facilities, we would like to develop a symbiotic model in which we grow together with REITs.
