New projects, Office building

These images are renderings of the Spline Aoyama Tokyu Building (tentative name) and Meguro 1-chome project, both of which are due to open in fiscal 2012.

The Spline Aoyama Tokyu Building (tentative name), an office building located close to Gaienmae Station of Ginza Line, is expected to open in the coming summer, and tenants have concluded a contract for about 60% (4.5F/8F) of the rentable space.

The Meguro 1-chome project, an office building near Meguro Station of JR Line, is due to open in winter.
