New projects

 Now I shall introduce some of our new properties.

 When Shibuya Place opened in August, it had a 100% occupancy rate after what was a smooth leasing process given the extremely difficult market conditions. Saclass Totsuka, which is scheduled to open at the end of November, is a retail facility that we will sublease, right next to the Totsuka Nishiguchi Redevelopment, which is due to open next year.

 The Totsuka Nishiguchi Redevelopment is a redevelopment being carried out by the Yokohama Municipal Government, in which we are participating as a designated builder. The arrangement is that we will receive ownership of part of the development in return for investing in part of the project. Tenant leasing is proceeding smoothly for both Totsuka projects, and almost all contracts have been finalized.

 The Osaka Komatsubara project listed here is scheduled to open next year. This project is situated very close to Umeda Station, an excellent location for a retail facility, and negotiations for the entry of commercial tenants are nearly completed.
