(4) Major projects Greater Shibuya Area

This slide shows a map of the Greater Shibuya Area, which is our area of focus.

As you may know, the Shibuya Dogenzaka 1-chome Block Development Project and the Shibuya Nampeidai Project (tentative name), which are stated on the left side, are due to be launched in FY2019.

Leasing was completed in the Shibuya Nampeidai Project (tentative name). In the Shibuya Dogenzaka 1-chome Block Development Project, the leasing of the office area on the higher floors was completed, and leasing is also making steady progress in the commercial facility area on the lower floors, where the commercial facility targets urban adults with mature sensitivity as “Tokyu Plaza Shibuya.”

In addition, the Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan, which is due to be launched in FY2023, received approval for its right conversion plan from the Tokyo metropolitan government at the end of October, and we plan to start the demolition work in January 2019 toward the opening in FY2023. We will work to enhance the value of the Shibuya area by establishing residential buildings, in addition to offices on the middle and higher floors and commercial facilities that will enable the town to flourish on the lower floors.
