The slide shows major new projects that are scheduled to commence.
In FY2018, the Ginza 7-chome Project (tentative name), a commercial facility located near Tokyu Plaza Ginza, is scheduled to commence next spring, although it is a small project.
In FY2019 and FY2020, we plan to launch large development projects such as the Shibuya Nampeidai Project (tentative name), the Shibuya Dogenzaka 1-chome Block Development Project and the Takeshiba District Development Plan (tentative name), and they are progressing steadily.
