(2) Major projects

I will now introduce our key projects in the Wellness business segment.

Tokyu Stay Ginza opened in March 2016, and its launch has been going well with the support of demand for inbound tourism.
With Tokyo Stay Ginza, Tokyu Stay now operates 17 hotels with 2,445 guest rooms in Tokyo. In addition to the locations in Tokyo, we also plan to open more hotels in regional cities where increased demand for inbound tourism is expected.

Harvest Club is planning to launch Tokyu Harvest Club Karuizawa & VIALA located in Karuizawa, which will start offering membership during the current fiscal year and will commence operation in fiscal year 2018.

As senior-citizen housing projects, we are presenting Grancreer Setagaya Nakamachi, which is scheduled to open in fiscal year 2017, and Tokaichiba Project (tentative name), which is scheduled to open in fiscal year 2019.
Both are joint development projects of condominium units and senior-citizen housing, which aim to create a community where people of all generations live together and can continue to live even when they start needing nursing care. This is a project characteristic of Tokyu Fudosan that operates in a wide range of business areas.

Other businesses include the Serakaki Hotel Project (tentative name) in Okinawa Prefecture.
This project uses undeveloped land that we have owned for some time, and we will aim to operate a hotel business that features the rare natural environment in cooperation with the local community.
