(4) Major projects (II) Greater Shibuya Area

The above map plots the commercial facilities and offices in which the Company Group is involved in the Greater Shibuya Area.
In the Shibuya Redevelopment Project, demolition work of the Dogenzaka 1-chome Station Front District and the Nampeidai Project (tentative name) began in the fiscal year under review.
As we presented in our medium- to long-term management plan, we will continue the development in the Greater Shibuya area until fiscal year 2020 and establish our No.1 position in the commercial facilities in the Greater Shibuya area.
