FY2015 Forecast (Segment performance)

Now, let me explain the changes in operating revenue and operating income by segment.
As the bar graph at the top shows, revenue is expected to climb, particularly in the steadily growing real-estate agent and Tokyu Hands businesses in addition to the residential business.
The operating income at the bottom is expected to increase, largely in the Urban Development segment, in which an increased gain on sale of buildings for investors, etc. is forecast.
