(3) Major projects (I)

Let me now introduce you to the properties we are developing.
In fiscal 2015, we acquired the office building Cross Place Hamamatsucho, and the office building and commercial facilities Futako Tamagawa Rise (Phase II project) and Morinomiya Q's Mall Base, the commercial facilities located at the former site of Osaka Morinomiya Nissay Baseball Stadium, commenced operation.
The leasing business of Market Square Kawasaki East, the commercial facilities being constructed by Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd. at the former site of the Kawasaki Horse Race Track stands and the Ginza 5-Chome Project (tentative name) are scheduled to commence operation by the end of fiscal year 2016.
