Next we will look at stock under management.
The upper diagram shows the trends in the number of condominium units under management.
As of the end of March 2015, the figure stood at 487,000, up around 9,000 from the same time a year earlier.
We are planning to boost this figure to around 510,000 by the end of March 2016.
The lower diagram shows the trends in the number of buildings under management.
Drawing upon its expertise in the high value-added operation of office buildings, commercial facilities, and other properties, Tokyu Community Corp. deals with a large number of public facilities, multi-purpose halls, and other facilities.
During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, JICA Yokohama and Minato Park Shibaura began operation.
