CSR Management

Finally, let us explain "CSR Management."

With respect to CSR Management, as a result of the progress of activities based on the CSR vision, we have received recognition as a top runner in the industry. For example, we have been selected as a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices for the third consecutive year.

In the period under the subject plan, in light of the strengths and features of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group, contact points with a large number of customers and the Group's more than 17,000 employees, we have selected the following three CSR issues as those that we should focus on in particular: "customer satisfaction," "a pleasant working environment" and "environmental responsiveness."

As long-term targets, we will further strive to establish a position as an advanced CSR company by taking advantage of the Group's unique features and enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues through the implementation of initiatives. One example is measures to achieve a pleasant working environment based on the proactive use of women and elderly employees and the promotion of diversity and business activities to respond to the aging society.

This concludes the explanation of the Medium- and Long-Term Management Plan.

For reference, we have presented the breakdown of the target operating income by segment in fiscal 2016 ending March 31, 2017 on page 22.
