We will now explain the new investment plan.
In the Medium-Term Management Plan, we have specified a gross investment amount of 820 billion yen. However, in light of circular-type reinvestments, the net investment amount is expected to reach approximately 300 billion yen, mainly reflecting the recording of inventories investments of 310 billion yen in the Urban Development business, inventories investments of 210 billion yen in the Residential business to secure sites for condominiums, and the recovery of funds.
The new investment plan also includes overseas investments of 55 billion yen to develop a new business base and strategic investments of 45 billion yen in M&As and other activities in the period under the Medium-Term Management Plan.
