Tokyu Hands

Next is the Tokyu Hands business segment.

We aim to "establish the Tokyu Hands brand that constantly evolves in response to changes of the times and receives recognition."

Under the first business strategy, we will strive to "maximize the value of existing businesses" mainly by enhancing the value of stores with our own service content, such as "hint shows" presented by "hint staff members", and capturing inbound demand.

Under the second business strategy, we will strive to standardize the store opening model and improve the efficiency of the operations system, while pursuing the expansion of operation areas through the evolution of the business model primarily in regional local core cities and Singapore.

Under the third business strategy, we will promote the "diversification of business using the brand value," including the development of the O2O business that integrates the operations of Internet stores and physical stores and the café business.
