Basic Policies (1)

This is the diagram that illustrates the first basic policy, the expansion of the associated assets.

The associated assets include not only the assets owned by the Company and the assets under management by REITs, funds and other entities, but also the assets of customers under management in the businesses, such as the Property Management business and the Real Estate Agents business.

While developing high-quality assets with market superiority, such as the Shibuya redevelopment project and the Ginza project, we will seek to expand the business scale by also acquiring high-quality assets in the expanding existing assets market and enhancing the involvement in real estate owned by customers mainly through the Property Management and Real Estate Agents businesses.

In addition to pursuing the expansion, we will focus on the improvement of value by providing high value-added services mainly through property management and the strengthening of relationships with customers. Based on these initiatives, we will strive to increase earnings by expanding and creating business opportunities that derive from the relevant assets under management.
