Wellness

We will now look at the Wellness business segment.

We will aim to "establish a presence as a comprehensive wellness operator in areas related to leisure, seniors and health."

As a pioneering company, Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group will expand the wellness business market, which has a scale of 8 trillion yen, in areas related to leisure, seniors and health, establishing a presence as a comprehensive wellness operator.

As for business strategies, we expect to develop new services in response to the aging society, and we will seek to enhance the healthcare business areas by providing home life assistance services and other services.

Moreover, to respond to growing inbound demand, while we will maximize the use of management resources, such as Niseko, we will accelerate the planning and implementation of inbound acquisition strategies mainly by establishing cross-functional organizations in the Wellness business segment and planning package products covering the facilities of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group.
