Next, we will look at the Property Management business segment.

We aim to achieve the position of the overwhelming No. 1 in the comprehensive property management business.

At present, with 480,000 management stocks in condominium management, the top class in the industry, Tokyu Community Corporation possesses a wide range of business bases, including not only condominium management, but also the management of offices, commercial facilities, the PFI business and public facilities, enabling Tokyu Community to enjoy the provision of the services of comprehensive property management on the largest scale in the industry.

As business strategies, we will strive to "strengthen the business base" by improving customer satisfaction and confidence and improving services through the enhancement of technical capabilities, while we seek to "expand management stock" and "expand related revenues." Through these initiatives, we will ensure that we achieve the No.1 position.
