Real-Estate Agents

We will now move on to the Real Estate Agents business segment.

We will aim to achieve the No. 1 position in each real estate transaction business.

Under the first business strategy, the "expansion of the size and improvement of the profitability of existing businesses," we will seek to improve our earnings capabilities mainly by expanding and strengthening retail sales stores and sales staff members and continually focusing on differentiation through the creation of new services.

Under the second business strategy, the "acquisition of new business opportunities," we will expand business areas by taking advantage of increases in inbound real estate agents and growing high quality assets, while we will also strive to expand the customer base by enhancing services for individual investors and strengthening relationships with customers of Tokyu Community Corporation and other Group companies.
