(2) Management system and Major projects

I would like to explain the management system of our Wellness segment and the major projects going forward.

On July 1, 2020, we integrated two operating companies of hotels and other facilities, and started the Tokyu Resorts & Stays Co., Ltd. business.
With our history of more than 40 years operating resort facilities, hotels, etc. and our operational expertise, we will enhance our sales capabilities and improve productivity.

The upper part in the chart shows our hotel business.
Tokyu Stay, which operates urban hotels, opened Hida Takayama Musubi no Yu in April 2020, bringing the total to 4,522 rooms.
In November 2020, nol kyoto sanjo, a hotel which is a partially renovated traditional Kyoto townhouse, opened.

The lower part in the chart shows senior citizen housing.
This year Grancreer Shibaura opened in July and Grandreer Tachikawa opened in September.
