Let me describe major condominiums that will be delivered in or after the next fiscal year.

These are projects determined in the previous fiscal year, and we anticipate appropriate margins from them.

We started to sell units in Branz Minami Yukigaya in September and sold all units in about three weeks.

Branz Aobadai 2chome is the first condominium project that has been certified as good long-term housing in Yokohama, the first such certification system in Yokohama-shi. We started the first period of sales in late October, and units are selling well.

We plan to begin to sell units in Branz Shinonome and Branz City Miyakojima Tomobuchi-cho soon.

We began to use the uniform brand BRANZ for our condominium sales business. Under the BRANZ brand, we will promote environmentally friendly housing, introducing the environmental efficiency indication system of the Tokyo metropolitan government and CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency), conforming to next-generation energy saving standards, and installing high-efficiency hot-water supply systems (such as Eco-Jozu and EcoCute) as standard equipment.

These projects include a range of eco-friendly devices.
