I'd like to move on now to describe our segment performance.
We have changed certain segment presentations starting the fiscal year ending March 2011.
The Resorts segment has become Facility Operations, and the Real Estate Agents and Other segment has been separated into the Real Estate Agents segment and the Other segment.
Both revenues and profit rose in three segments: Real Estate Sales, Contracted Construction, and Facility Operations. Revenues declined, but profit increased in Retail Sales and Property Management. Both revenues and profit fell in Leasing of Real Estate.
Although there are no figures available for the previous fiscal year, both revenues and profit actually increased in Real Estate Agents.
I will explain the performance in each segment in detail later. |
