(6) Major projects <Shibuya Solasta>

This is Shibuya Solasta, which was completed in March this year.

This project is the development of blocks that include our former head office on National Route 246 on the southwest side of Shibuya Station, and it will be the new base of our Group.
We will carry out a range of initiatives including the visualization of the occupancy level of bathrooms and the unmanned reception of visitors in this smart office that uses IoT. We will take the lead in technological advancement and examine the trends of new office development.
