(4) Major projects

I will now describe our new projects that are scheduled to commence.

In the fiscal year ending March 2020, Shibuya Solasta, which was completed at the end of last year, will commence operation. In addition, Jimbocho Kita Tokyu Building, the leasing of which has been completed, the hotel Namba Motomachi 1-Chome Place, the commercial facility Q Plaza Ikebukuro, and other properties are scheduled to start operating.

Shibuya Fukuras, a redevelopment project in the Greater Shibuya Area, is scheduled for completion in October. Tokyu Plaza Shibuya in the commercial facility section is scheduled to open in December.
Takeshiba District Development Plan (tentative name) will be completed in the fiscal year ending March 2021, and we have added the Daikanyamacho Project (tentative name) for the fiscal year ending March 2022 and thereafter. I will provide you with the details on the next page.
