(5) Major projects around Shibuya Station

I will now describe our new projects in the Greater Shibuya Area.

As I mentioned earlier, Shibuya Solasta was completed in March, and Shibuya Fukuras will be completed in October this year.

In addition, we are planning the Next Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Urban Redevelopment Project in the area west of Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan located south of Shibuya Station, whose demolition began in January this year.

The redevelopment preparation association for this project has already been established, and we were selected as a project partner on December 14, 2018.

The Daikanyamacho Project (tentative name) is a redevelopment project that includes TENOHA Daikanyama, which is located very close to the Daikanyama Station and which we operate. We plan that this will be a building complex that includes housing, commercial facilities, and offices, and we aim to open it in the fiscal year ending March 2024.
