(1) FY2018 and FY2019 Forecast

Next, I will explain the Property Management segment.

In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, both revenue and profit increased due to a rise in the stock of condominiums and buildings under management and growth in completed construction.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, both revenue and profit are expected to increase due to the continued growth in the stock of condominiums and buildings under management in addition to the construction progress, and the transfer of the detached house renovation business in the Group to Tokyu Re・design  Corporation in April.
