(3) Major properties to be managed and administered

Here are the major properties that we manage or operate.

We have been receiving new management contracts for office buildings and other facilities from outside parties.

We have also been receiving more management contracts such as those for Shibuya Scramble Square, a Shibuya redevelopment project operated by the Tokyu Group, which is presented on the right, and large projects such as Shibuya Fukuras.
