(4) Ginza 5-chome Project (tentative name)

Next, I will explain the Ginza 5-chome Project (tentative name).

The site for the project is located next to the Sukiyabashi intersection. We started constructing a new building here on September 20.
This is an entirely commercial building consisting of 11 stories above ground and 5 basement levels, with a total floor area of approximately 49,700 square meters. It is located in a highly accessible area that is directly connected to the Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro subway line. It will be completed in the fall of 2015.
This is the first large-scale project in Ginza that we will work on. Leasing has been steadily progressing, and when complete it will be a new Ginza landmark and a leading commercial facility in Japan.
