FY2013 Forecast (Segment performance)

I will now provide an overview of our segment performance forecast.

We expect our five segments-namely, Real Estate Sales, Contracted Construction, Retail Sales, Property Management, and Real Estate Agents, to record higher revenue and income.
Facility Operations will record higher revenue but lower income.
Leasing of Real Estate segment will see a decline in both revenue and income.

I will explain our performance by segment in detail shortly.
