(2) New projects

I would now like to present the properties we are developing.

In September of fiscal 2013, we acquired DECKS Tokyo Beach, a commercial facility located in Odaiba. It is operating stably at full capacity.

In addition, new projects in fiscal 2014 include the Sagamihara SC Project (tentative name), a facility located in Sagamihara, Kanagawa; the Omotesando Project (tentative name), the development of an office building located near the Omotesando intersection; the Jingumae 6-chome Project (tentative name), a commercial facility located near the Jingumae intersection; and the Morinomiya Project (tentative name), a facility located on the site of the former Nippon Life Insurance Baseball Stadium in Osaka.
The facilities in these development projects are expected to open in fiscal 2014, sometime between summer and winter.
This slide also shows the Urban Renewal Step-up Project (Takeshiba district), a facility that is expected to open in fiscal 2018.
The site for this project is land near Hamamatsucho station that is owned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and the Company was selected as the planned project operator after an RFP competition. We will be developing office buildings, commercial facilities, and residential buildings on land leased from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Takeshiba district has been designated as a specific area in urgent need of urban reconstruction, and Tokyo's Special Zone for Asian Headquarters. It is located close to the venue for the Tokyo Olympic Games. Through this project, we will contribute to the urban reconstruction of Tokyo.
