FY2012 Q2 (First Six Months)

Finally, I will explain the remaining segments.

For three segments, Contracted Construction, Property Management and Real Estate Agents, both revenues and income increased in the first six months, and we expect that revenues and income will continue to rise in the full year, given that their performance remains solid.

In the Retail Sales segment, operating results were influenced by a reaction to the strong sales of emergency supplies and goods for battling the heat in the previous fiscal year.

For the Real Estate Agents segment, the performance of the real-estate sales agents business recovered steadily, as the number of contracts increased in the retail sales business, while both the number of contracts and contracted prices rose in the wholesale business, among other factors.
