Real Estate SalesReal Estate Sales: : Increase the number of units sold and promote redevelopment projects

Let me now move on to the Real Estate Sales segment.

For the recorded number of condominium units sold, we forecast 2,459 units for the fiscal year ending March 2012 but plan to increase this to 3,000 units in the fiscal year ending March 2014, the final year of the medium-term management plan, to build a system that will steadily achieve 3,600 units.

By focusing on the redevelopment and rebuilding business we will aim to develop a system to record 700 units annually to maintain a stable supply.

Perspectives on the slide show the three properties to be recorded in the next fiscal year and those to be recorded in and after the fiscal year ending March 2014, namely the Kawaguchi Kanayamacho Project and the Mikawashima Project.
