Innovating and bolstering core businesses in response to changing business conditions

The Tokyu Land Group is active in a broad range of business domains, from upstream to downstream in each of its businesses and is characterized by excellent subsidiaries such as Tokyu Livable, Inc. and Tokyu Community Corporation.

To strengthen the value chain in each segment, we will clarify the role of each Group company in the value chain to improve the level of their operations.

In the Leasing of Real Estate segment, we will evolve the recycling reinvestment model around the REIT as the axis, and will steadily commercialize the development of large projects including those in Ginza and Shibuya by strengthening our expertise in development, asset management, and property management.

In the Real Estate Sales segment, we will improve the brand value of Branz and consistently increase income by offering products typical of the Company, based on increased cooperation among manufacturing, sales, and management and the accurate grasping of customer needs.

In the Facility Operations segment, we sought to increase customer satisfaction by launching the Service Way Forum, a cross-organizational body of the Group, in the previous fiscal year. We will aim to develop and operate facilities that customers will choose by continuing to pursue this initiative.
