Target Performance

The numerical goals in the medium-term management plan include consolidated operating income of ¥60.0 billion and the debt-to-equity ratio of 3.9 or less for the fiscal year ending March 2014, the final year of the plan.

We have four key strategies for achieving these goals:

① Strengthening the financial foundations and the Group's management system

② Developing the REIT (fund) business

③ Innovating and bolstering core businesses in response to changing business conditions

④ Developing new businesses for the future.

With respect to the first strategy of strengthening our financial foundations, we will seek to optimize our asset portfolio by continuing to replace assets, assuming that we will contribute properties when the REIT business commences.

At the same time, we plan to reduce the debt-to-equity ratio to 3.9 or less by building profit for the period. Also, to strengthen the Group's management system, we will further integrate the Group structure, sharing our vision to enhance corporate value.
