Future Direction

Next, I will talk about how our medium-term management plan is positioned in relation to the future direction of the Group.

Regarding our future direction, we will first continue to create value by accurately determining customer needs while responding flexibly to the changing business environment. We will then engage and participate in urban development by leveraging the Group's extensive resources and businesses, and adopting advanced ideas such as environmental responsiveness as a means of exercising our distinctiveness.

At the same time, we seek to increase income while paying attention to the balance sheet, with the aim of maximizing associated earnings by expanding assets involved.

We position the new medium-term management plan as a time for developing our business infrastructure for the future direction I have just described.

For the Leasing of Real Estate business, we will start up the REIT business to build income by acquiring stable profits from existing facilities and strengthening the operating base for the facility operation and fee-type business.

To that end, from the next medium-term management plan, we will seek to maximize associated earnings through the stable growth of the Real Estate Sales and fee-type businesses and the further expansion of the assets involved. We will also work on large urban development including redevelopment projects in Ginza and Shibuya.
