Leasing of Real Estate: New Projects

Let me now show you the main projects we plan to develop in the Leasing of Real Estate segment.

Points plotted in blue indicate projects to be completed during the period of the medium-term management plan, namely the Omotesando Project, the Minamiaoyama 3-1 Project, and the Meguro 1-chome Project for the fiscal year ending March 2013.

Red points show projects that are currently in the planning stage and are to be completed in and after the period of the next medium-term management plan.

First, the Shibuya Area Redevelopment Project plans to develop two areas: the Dogenzaka 1-chome area centering on the Shibuya Tokyu Plaza and the Sakuragaoka area located on the south across National Route 246.

For the Ginza 5-chome Project, the exit of existing tenants in August 2012 has been decided, and construction is to begin after the building has been dismantled.

The Futako Tamagawa Phase Ⅱ Project is a joint project with Tokyu Corporation, following the condominium in Futako Tamagawa Rise and the shopping center in the commercial facility in front of Futako Tamagawa Station. This project is to be completed in June 2015, which will mark the completion of all the Futako Tamagawa projects.

We will actualize urban development unique to the Company through these projects.
