Corporate Vision of the Group

In developing our medium-term management plan, we have consolidated the corporate vision of the Tokyu Land Group into the three points as described below, to compete together as a Group moving in a common direction. This was done in anticipation of changes in the business environment going forward. Specifically:

・We will seek to become a group that will continue to create value that is always recognized by customers, working together as the Group to strengthen the value chain in each of our businesses.

・We will provide a range of products and services that meet customer needs and lifestyles, with the primary focus on customers in all our businesses.

・We will create unique products and services by effectively harnessing the Group's broad range of operating activities.

The Tokyu Land Group offers a wide spectrum of products and services compared to the standards of its industry peers, and we aspire to provide customers with distinct products and services by organically combining them.
